Built in 1954, "A Home with a View" was one of the first luxury homes to be built in the newly minted Paramount Heights neighborhood, and was prominently displayed and marketed with advanced materials and techniques for the era.
It's wide open Floor Plan boasted Luxury Materials such as Thick Oak Paneling, Flagstone and Terrazzo Fireplaces, Cork Flooring, and Terrazzo Entryway and Bath floors. Only the cork flooring has been replaced by carpet at the time of this publishing. The interior and exterior of this home remain 98% original from it's initial build in 1954, with zero changes to the floor plan or additions to the home, such as kitchen and bath updates.
